The International Coach Federation (ICF) Singapore Chapter and the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC) are delighted to announce the 2nd Asia Pacific Coaching Conference (APCC2012) which will be held in Singapore on 4th and 5th September 2012.

The APCC2012 vision is to increase the positive impact of coaching across the region.
This vision will be expressed through the theme “Coaching Beyond Boundaries” and achieved through three progressive dimensions:

APCC2012 Vision

The aspiration of APCC2012 is to create the space for delegates to connect, inspire, be bold, be invigorated, advocate, transform, have fun, create, interact, participate and share their appreciation of the learning and impact generated.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

The conference will attract coaches, educators, human resource professionals and business leaders from the region. It is a forum for looking and moving boldly beyond boundaries regarding how we transform ourselves, our professional coaching community and inspire and impact organisations and society through coaching.  It is targeted towards seasoned professionals and senior leaders, as well as those considering entering the profession or senior leadership roles. Each aspect will benefit every delegate, with particular benefits for:

Coaches : an opportunity to discuss, reflect and develop their own practice. This means not only being presented insight but also allows one to make sense of it and encourages an environment of sharing with people one trusts and respects.

Educators, HR and Business Leaders : an opportunity to learn how organisations can be transformed through coaching and the impact it has already made in organisations invested in encouraging a coaching culture.
