Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be given in writing. • For cancellations before May 31, 2012, 50% of registration fee will be forfeited. • No refund will be given for cancellation received after May 31, 2012 but substitutions will be accepted. • For substitution, Asia Pacific Coaching Conference 2012 reserves the right to charge the difference between member and non-member rate wherever applicable.
